I obtained all of the assets on the trainz download station. I’d love to say there’s an easy answer for the specific ones, but in this video there are quite possibly over 500 different assets.

It did take me an age to get good enough at it to feel I could make a video! lol now with my methods it doesn’t take too long anymore. Surveyor 2.0 helps this stuff go way faster as well!
