I am a 78 year OLD WOMAN, and I would like to keep the freedoms I used to have to go to toilets, changing places etc., and let my daughter go to them as well, without being confronted by a male in a dress! @Macavity It might happen to every girl in many areas. The odds of having a single trans "girl" in a school are high, now. There's one in my gym, which I noticed unavoidably because of the genitalia outlined in the female spandex outfit. Same for my last gym. Perhaps in any building with hundreds of members and a changing room are likely to have it happen. It's not rare at all now. Around 8 years ago this changing room issue was brought up as a controversy and the response against outrage was to call it a fuss about nothing because it only happens once in a blue moon. The prevalence must be 1000x what it was then. Rarity was always never a good argument. I'm starting to suspect people who use it do so because they are hiding from the argument.

I went to wash my hands after using the loo in a female bathroom at the shopping centre and this man was standing beside me washing his hands. I suppose he identified as "Trans" but he looked like a bloke to me. No effort to look like a woman. What was I supposed to feel? That it was all okay? I agree. Most of them seem to have been groomed into thinking they are 'trans' online. I was in school and college in the 80s and 90s - how is it that I didn't see one young person out of all of my fellow students who felt like they were the opposite sex? There was no mainstream internet use then, that's why. These days it's an epidemic. Some TRAs argue that the kids would have stayed quiet about their 'trans' status back then as it wasn't as accepted as it is now but if that's the case, how were there not mass suicides occurring amongst youngsters? I thought any so called trans kid is supposed to feel suicidal if their preferred identity is not affirmed? The activists threaten parents of confused kids by telling them if they don't let them 'transition', they will kill themselves. Thus you have parents being forced to let their children go through all kinds of harmful medical procedures and surgeries. I fear the future will see so many de-transitioning young people who will have damaged their bodies, minds and ability to procreate. It's a massive scandal in the making.

We tend to be higher in agreeableness and are more invested in social cohesion and what our peers think of us, making us less likely to voice positions deemed controversial or lacking compassion. So the verdict could go either way. Having said that, YouGov polls (and polls in general - look at the predictions around Brexit, Trump, etc.) are notoriously inaccurate. What’s the sample size? What were the demographics? Where did the poll source its voters? If it’s based on Twitter, we know that this is a platform that skews overwhelmingly to one political side, and is not representative of wider society.
