Added this to my workout playlist to do after a 14 day workout challenge I’m participating in or on one of the “open workout” days. ❤ I may order a heavier kettle bell. I only have a 5 pound one and that’s a little light for me.

I am on a 7 day challenge myself for men. I may incorporate some of the moves in my workouts. I love the challenge. The kettlebell I use is 10 pounds, but my body is getting use to it already. So I need to upgrade myself.
