Thanks for a great share. I have MS and was on program placed by two immunologist. It has done wonders. Freshly grinded flaxseeds is very high in omega 3. It has helped me and many others with autoimmune conditions tremendously. As well as cold pressed flaxseed oil.

This is great! Would love to see more details on the different categories. My husband and I have completely overhauled our diet and we are some much healthier than we have been in years (our Dr’s are very happy). The dairy thing is confusing for me. We gave up cheese but we still eat 2% Greek yogurt and I have a dairy milk latte (decaf) twice a week. My cardiologist says skim is better for the milk and the yogurt because of the saturated fat. However we still go with the 2% because it tastes better and it keeps us fuller longer. Also, regarding sleep, that is so difficult with Menopause. I’m post Menopausal and I still have sleep issues. Thank you for such great nutritional information. Love it. Keep it coming. ❤

Because she mentioned fish oil as a source of omega-3s multiple times I would like to hear her take on the lipid solubility of xenoestrogens, and microplastic pollution in fish populations.

Thank you = sorry but it would be helpful if life would allow healthy food choices to become affordable

Total Fake rhetoric pushed by the ignorant. Junk and fast food is far more expensive PLUS people eat far more crap food making it much more expensive, so that costs more! If you eat healthier food, you eat less and it's not more expensive!
