In late 2020, the house of cards finally imploded. All the half-truths, broken promises and outright lies that made up his life collapsed under their own weight. After the breakup, he had a chance to turn things around. Instead he kept going, plunging deeper and deeper into darkness. He kept eating, kept drinking, kept using, and kept using others.
It got worse. It felt like his life was ending. In early 2021, he felt like ending his life. Ultimately, he chose NOT to join so many of his literary heroes in suicide. Instead, he chose to side with the living after discovering a life-giving program of personal development that healed him from the inside out. He dropped the ego. He dropped 40 pounds. He dropped all the vices. He dropped the resentments. He dropped the negativity. He’s here today to tell his story of redemption.
