Trayvon Bromell's future in track appears to be very bright. But life wasn't always this good. An injury as an 8th grader nearly ended his career, but the long road back made him hungrier than ever.

I hate how track and field athletes don't make as much as football athletes or basketball players. Track and Field needs to be recognized more because the work ethic of these guys is crazy.

It's amazing what God has done to your life through the challenges you went through..and seeing you acknowledging him when you beat Lyles in that 100m sprints it's a great testimony of all the great things that God can do to our lives if we have faith and full trust in him. May God bless you with futures races and that his anointing will be with you brother every step of the way. God be the glory 🙌

Ratus train two times a week like: Training 1: some shorter sprints like 30 meters to 100 meters in order to increase your acceleration phase Training 2: some sprints more longer like 80 meters to 150 meters for to develop your speed endurance .
