Literally precise explanation doctor!! Since 8 years i have been on meds for anxiety and depression.. i came to know now only that because of more bad bacteria only i got this neurological disorder. Can you suggest me any probiotic supplement doc? From Malaysia.

Hi, my video on probiotics will be released next week. I prefer natural probiotics to supplements. All fermented food like curd, idly, pickles, fermented rice, etc., have lots of probiotics. Do consume them regularly. If you are more particular about supplements, kindly consult your General Physician or Neurologist.

DR SIR, WHENEVER we go 2 Ayurveda Dr for skin issues s/he advises against curd. The problem with curd (including milk related ones) is that the quality of milk may not be good. Bad bacteria occur when we keep in fridge for long. Frequent current outages is also a problem. So, please advise on pickle, curd. Don't mistake Sir. S.Shankar Ghaziabad, a sr citizen

Hi Ma'am, chicken is one of the best meats for good gut health. But nowadays, only broiler chicken is available which is highly loaded with antibiotics and hormones and is very bad for our health.
