I just had an ent rdv and was told at the end there is nothing that can be done for tinnitus… Luckily I had already found you and people like Julian Cowen Hill who help do much with ‘alternativé’ ideas. Through meditation and acceptance I have found the loudness has diminished massively - some days I’m hardly aware. On the days it is very present I have hope as I know it will decrease again. Obviously stress is a big factor and the biggest stress is the T itself unless you can get out of the fear loop. Weirdly, as with naps, I find the T is often louder after meditation but if you get on with the day it diminishes quickly. Thanks Ben. You are a ⭐️ Anyone new to this, hang in there. Do these meditations and listen to the positive stories out there - not the scary stuff.

Hi Ben! Just a few thoughts for you...I am still meditating. It is a bumpy journey! ,,,,,,,, overall though the trend is positive and I do feel more relaxed and in control. Every time I meditate I finish by imagining tinnitus as autumn leaves being blown away by the wind of my breath so every time I breathe throughout the day I am more and more in control even without realiising it. Its all done in a very gentle way,,,,,you cannot tackle this thing head on,...you have to be very gentle, subtle and positive.. Alan U.K.

After 6 months of tinnitus I finally seen a ear specialist. My ears are healthy according to the doctor and he was clueless about how to help me. Thank God I found you Dr. ben on KZbin. You are a blessing!

I have a question , can noise induced hearing loss + tinnitus happen on one ear ? If yes , why and howcome both ears arent effected ?

Thank you! I am on Day 4 and I am feeling a big difference on managing tinnitus! One quick question: Do I expand my abdomen when I breathe in and contract my abdomen when I breathe out, or is it the other way? Thanks so much!
