No look of genuine hurt that isn’t intentionally stimulated. It’s calculated to seem calm but we know that’s not true, she constantly drinks to recollect herself. Here are some quick facts about Amber that we know that are proven: 1) He wasn't the only alcoholic and drug abuser. She drank 2 bottles of wine a day, took drugs as well by her own admission. 2) Caught lying about using the makeup that didn't exist back then to "cover her bruises" frequently, which was refuted by the makeup company in court. 3) Past domestic violence arrest against her ex, literally charged and arrested. Plus admitted to domestic violence against Johnny. Plus suspicion of domestic violence against her own sister (her sister was discussing it with her friends by the poolside in a video clip), and assaulted her ex-best friend in public. In contrast Johnny has no history of being violent towards women, every single one of his ex gfs and spouses all speak highly of him, and has said he's never laid hands on them. 4) Audio recording of her admitting to cutting his finger in Australia (not allowed in this trial due to technicalities), proving again that her testimony was a lie. (one of the voices on the tape is now deceased and can't testify) 5) Her psychologist lied about Amber having no domestic violence history and was called out by Johnny's attorney. 6) Has NO witnesses or evidence (all conveniently random strangers that she doesn't know or deceased people like the bodyguard) 7) Her longtime assistant testified under oath that she did not once see or hear any physical abuse from Depp or ever saw any injuries on Heard in all the years. She also testified under oath that Heard spit ON her face when she asked for a raise 8) She visits Dr Kipper's office the day after an alleged incident where she was severely beaten, the doctor's medical report states her in perfect health, with no injuries of any kind on her, also state her skin was in perfect condition. Her explanation was "this was a partial report and I didn't have time to get into the details with the doctor about the injuries". (Day 16 of trial cross examination) 9) Allegedly got her nose broken, hit multiple times, her scalp and hair ripped off, penetrated by a bottle, dragged over broken glass and got her arms and legs "pretty cut up", then somehow felt safe enough to take sleeping pills with her "attacker" in the same house, woke up the next day and made him coffee, then went to James Corden's show miraculously healed. No marks, no scars, no pictures, no medical report . Hair stylist saw no signs of abuse, the hair stylist would've been inches away from her face looking at all the details while working on her appearance, and she saw 0 injuries. Multiple witnesses (including 3 cops) saw no signs of abuse. 10) Allegedly got raped and assaulted multiple times on her honeymoon, then wrote Johnny a love letter saying "it was the most amazing and beautiful honeymoon any girl could've ever dreamed of". (evidence presented in Day 18 of trial) 11) Claimed she wanted to leave Johnny, but in all the audio clips she was the one begging him to stay. Claimed she always tried to de-escalate, but in audio clips she was always the aggressor preventing him from leaving and taunting him . 12) In all her "crying", there's never a single tear coming out of her eyes, even when reciting the most "traumatic experience". 13) Allegedly feared for her life but bought him a large knife. 14) Testified under oath that she was beaten by Johnny with huge chunky rings on all his fingers, said she was "hit so many times in the face over and over again she lost count". The photos taken the next day shows her face completely spotless without any injuries, when cross examined, she answers "there do not appear to be any injuries on my face in that photo". 15) Caught lying under oath again saying she "didn't receive money" from Johnny when she got $7 million, and lying about "never assaulted" Johnny when she admits to it on tape. 16) Proven once again as a liar when she made public statement of donating 7 million dollars for children's hospital but in reality donated exactly 0 dollars before she was called out, also caught lying under oath about donating the money. Her sworn statement was "I donated the entire settlement of $7 million to charity", when cross examined, she states "I did not lie, I pledged the $7 million, "pledged" and "donated" are synonymous, they mean the same thing." (Day 16 of trial cross examination) 17) Blackmailing Depp with her attorney, trying to make a deal for 3 of the adjoining penthouses where they both lived, 50k monthly expenses, 500k in attorney fees and the SUV Depp let her drive in exchange for not filing the protection order. 18) Her publishing of the op-ed "domestic violence" piece is timed perfectly with the release of Aquaman film, it didn't get published when they divorced, or before, or right after, but instead it was published right when Aquaman was being released and when the "Me Too" movement was grabbing the most headlines. 19) Amber Heard's team desperately tried to stop the trial from being publicly broadcasted while Depp's team made sure it was made public 20) Long time friend and co worker of Amber Heard telling about her hardcore cocaine and drug habit dating all the way back to 2008 when they were close associates, (youtube show called "Steven and Jason" and in the newest episode titled "We need to talk about AH"). 21) Amber testified about having injuries such as “gross colored puss coming out of her temple” and “suffering a broken nose”, but when cross examined she changes the lines to “gross colored puss UNDER HER SCALP” and “FELT like a broken nose”, because she knew the evidence is about to show ZERO injuries visible on her. (How does she see gross colored puss under her scalp? With an X-ray machine??) 22) Allegedly got beaten up for FIVE YEARS and not a SINGLE injury shown on her face, no doctor visits, no dentists, no surgeons, no photos, despite countless appearances in public events and countless photos taken given her celebrity status, many of those public appearances were the night after "the beating", keep in mind the beating were all allegedly done by Depp with "huge chunky" rings on all his fingers, yet after five years of beating, she didn't need to visit the doctors once or show on sign of injury on her face, sounds like her facial bone density and durability of her skin can match that of armor platings. 23) Alleges Johnny slashed the soles of her feet, but was seen the next day walking completely normal, again no doctor visits or treatments of any kind even though she has a personal doctor on retainer. 24) Constantly changing details of her stories and allegations, she's already given 4 different versions of the poop incident, she has said "1: told security guard that she pooped and it was a practical joke gone wrong. 2: Johnny did it to frame her. 3: said it never happened and Johnny was gaslighting her. 4: said the tiny puppies did it." 25) Her lying under oath is not even worth mentioning anymore, there is too many to list, just to list a few in this trial alone. Lying about not receiving any money from Johnny, when in fact she received $7 million. Lying about having donated the money, when in fact she has donated $0 so far. Lying about never assaulted Johnny, when in fact she was recorded admitting to it multiple times. Lying about never assaulted anyone before, when in fact she's assaulted at least 4 that we have evidence of. Lying about her injuries, when a medical record showed absolutely no injuries. 26) She put someone through hell for years, publicly shamed and destroyed his career and life, just so she can be seen as a noble victim and use the attention and sympathy to advance her career and profile. She claims she's never wanted to be seen as a victim and wanted to move on, but appears in countless TV shows and articles talking about her "abuse" and "donation" non stop, literally appeared on every show she could to talk about her being a victim and being noble on the donation that never happened. 27) Amber's own friend, Tillet Wright, a long time close friend with Amber Heard, testified under oath that he's never seen or heard Amber being abused by Johnny Depp. (Day 20 of trial) Summary Credit to the rightful owner!

I've experienced this from a male perspective - I dated a girl like Amber, and to be honest this has been really triggering for me (even though I have been married to a fantastic, strong, kind woman for 10 years and with two wonderful kids). She could be my exes twin. I was raised by a single mother and my Grandad, who was a WW2 vet and an orphan - family meant everything to him - and was brought up to treat women with the respect they deserve - NEVER to lay hands on a woman. That didnt stop my ex (who had got the job she held at a firm of solicitors thanks to my mum who was a well respected former employee) telling all the people she worked with (who knew my mother well) I had beat her up and sexually abused her. She did the same to her previous boyfriend - being so persuasive she ended up living with his family while he was kicked out of home (she moved in with him and his mum and dad), tried to convince me her step dad (who was a magistrate and a lovelly chap) also beat her. She did this to excuse the fact that she had been sleeping around on her nights out with a friend from work. She lost her job due to drug abuse, but went on to ruin several other lives - always the victim, always gaslighting. Her expressions.. the works.. it may as well be my ex on that stand. I hope this doesnt damage the belief in women like yourself and countless others who are genuine victims of abuse - Amber has done untold damage especially as there are plenty of mysogynists who will try to apply "se's lying so everyone is" to it. She is a narciccist and a sociopath. Not a victim of abuse

Free speech does not mean free from consequence. If this happened then she would 100% be able to tell her story but you can’t make such damaging accusations on someone and think you’re protected by the 1st amendment. If Johnny abused her remotely close to how AH claimed it should be extremely easy to prove . Even if SHE didn’t take pics of her injuries , it would be extremely easy for everyone else to see those bruises . She didn’t claim a simple slap , she says that he repeatedly beat her face in and broke her nose etc. and there is absolutely NOOOO WAYYY makeup can cover those type of damages . Based on her claimed injuries she would HAVE to seek medical attention (even if she lied to the medical professionals as to how she got the bruises ) she would HAVE to see someone . The jury has to decide if Johnny was ever abusive and based on AH accounts he COULDNT have been . If she wasn’t so absolutely ridiculous with her claims , she may have won just because it could be “believable “ that you may have gotten slapped or yanked by your arm and could cover it up . It’s her outlandish horrible abuse stories that they have to believe and it’s clearly a lie . She has no counterclaim at all

I was on a jury back in 2000 ( medical malpractice case) that lasted a week…I know most people try to get out of jury duty because it’s seen as a pain but I’ve always told people to do it at least once in your life just for the experience alone. In the case I was on the doctor did no wrong and the plantiff did everything to try to sway us emotionally. The plantiffs husband had a heart attack, didn’t listen to doctors advice and he died suddenly, his wife had no idea about his condition. The husbands insurance ran out and they had a quadriplegic mentally handicapped son that was dependent on that insurance…It sucked because they would have to put the kid in a specialized care home because they couldn’t afford to keep him at home, but the doctor did nothing wrong and we weren’t about to ruin a man’s career over a shitty situation that happened in the aftermath. Man, the plantiffs side tried every emotional trick in the book while not really even going over any evidence. So, yea jury duty can be annoying but I say at least do it once, it’s pretty wild what can happen in a normal court case that most people will never see or hear about.

31:50 - During this part of the speech you can literally hear Camille's voice crack up. She was holding back her tears. Just like how Ben Chew was holding back his own during his speech. These attorneys have been with Mr Depp from the beginning. They've gotten to know him as a person. Attorneys and their clients can have a purely transactional relationship. But you don't see that here. This was a team of companionship. Throughout this trial I can feel that righteous indignation from Camille. If Depp was ever, EVER the man Turd claims he was, I sincerely believe she wouldn't have taken on this case. I sincerely believe that for all the female attorneys on his team.

To be clear, Johnny was not verbally or emotionally abusive either. Yes, he says awful things to her and about her, but he's simply reacting to the physical, verbal, and emotional abuse he suffered at her hand. In one audio, he calls her a "f'ng cnt". But the pain and despair in his voice are clear. She, on the other hand, physically, verbally, and psychologically abused him. Even worse than punching him, she made him feel that he couldn't do anything right. She took embarrassing photos and videos of him in his most vulnerable moments -- moments when he needed her support. She made him feel worthless. She plunged a figurative knife in his gut an then gave it one final, viscious twist. She maliciously took away everything he had worked so hard for all his life. She drove him to the point that he would beg her to cut him -- to just go ahead and take her pound of flesh. And even in that moment, she mocks him.

Even if it is a reaction it’s still being abusive, just in that heated moment. The important part is who was constantly being demeaning, escalating, and forcing Johnny to react and then when she gets the reaction she escalates again by being violent and she probably knows that Johnny will try to isolate so she attacks hoping he defends himself and maybe leave a mark she can take photos of.

Very well said. Mental abuse can be very detrimental to one’s self worth. I was mentally abused for 13 years by my Ex. You can’t see bruises or cuts, there is nothing to prove to anyone. Your heart is broken, your self echo is gone, you feel you are the worst of the worst, worth nothing. I am praying for Johnny to win. I pray he can get his life back. But in the eyes of the world he has won. The people have decided for him. We know he is innocent and will always support him. Amber will be very sorry for what she has done. She is after Elon Musk now who has more money that anyone on Earth! She wants his money and to be taken care of . Her personality will not change and he will find out the hard way. I think psychologically she felt like she was wronged by JD and wanted revenge. That's a thing many people feel after a breakup yet AH used her fame and the MeToo movement to have a platform and ruin JDs life. I think that she truly believes she was the victim and that she deserved her revenge. Then during the trial she realized that she was losing the public opinion and her solution was to use her acting and make up more serious accusations. I don't know if her lawyers knew but if I were them I would have given up on the spot because I think and hope that it backfired. I think that if she ever confessed she would only talk about how bad she felt, how JD made her feel and how everyone hates her and that she didn't deserve this.

I think my favorite part about this whole ordeal for me is going in completely neutral and unbiased and still figuring out that Amber is lying through her teeth. I’ve never been a fan of Johnny, not that he is a bad person, just never interested in him as a person. After hearing her me too accusations, I already knew Amber’s side of the story and honestly I accepted it for what it was. (And who could blame me, there wasn’t nearly enough presented in that case in Johnny’s defense). So when I heard this trial was happening I might even say I was biased towards Amber initially (I get that contradiction with the opening statement but it’s just a little funny so I had to mention it). But within the first 2 weeks with Johnny taking the stand I realized that this trial was already going to him. This man admitted to ALL of his wrongdoings but decided to die on the hill that he wasn’t physically abusive to her. That shit had me sold. A man who is willing to admit all of that and still has the pride to defend himself has to be telling the truth. As the trial went on, it only confirmed my suspicions. This man is innocent and deserves his life back
@emeryltekutsu43572 жыл бұрын
Good on you for being able to think critically about it and change your mind. I went in knowing nothing. Johnny has even done things I didn't care for in the past, and I didn't know much of anything about Amber because she's pretty much a nobody. But it was SO OBVIOUS who was lying. Even more shocking, her LAWYER was willing to present evidence in a fraudulent way, which destroyed any credibility I could have found on their side at all (and I mean the texts that were sent TO Johnny that were claimed to be FROM Johnny. That's not an "accident". There's no way he clipped those tiny bits of text and tried to pretend they were from Johnny by accident. He knew it was a lie, and he presented it anyway, and that's just straight up fact. There's no denying it was a lie, no "Well, we're not sure...").

Great response. JD is one of my favorite actors. But I don't follow his life comings and goings. He doesn't seem like a "wife beater", but who knows? So I watched this trial open minded, but once MsTurd got on the stand, her lack of detail of her "beatings" just got stupid. And her ridiculous act of trying to whip up tears while upset, was so bad, it will be memed forever. And once I heard the recordings, that was the final nail in her coffin. She's a sick, angry, envious/jealous abuser, no question about it. But the absolute end for her was NEVER seeking medical care. She makes her career using her face but never consulted anyone about her "beatings", which she stated, JD had "almost broke my nose", but days later, it turned into a "broken nose". You either have a broken nose or you don't and the only way you know is by getting an xray, which never happened. That did it for me; she's a liar, plain and simple.

Once she realised the offers were not coming she couldnt bear to give that oledged money away and was hoping no one would call her out on it or she could pay it in dribs and drabs until people forgot about it. unfortunately people like amber rely on the innate distrust some people have for others and that no person has the ability to see all things at once. if she says with conviction "i didn't do that" those that aren't paying attention to her off the stand will likely believe her, and think those saying otherwise are just making it up. i believe it's a matter of who get's there first, who poisons the well first. not many people have the time to watch an entire trail.. it's genius level manipulation and understanding the public and how they interact. she may seem stupid under scrutiny.. but to get away with this for so long, there is a very of frightening competence when it comes to amber and her ability and experience with lying.
