I’m Egyptian and I swear this dish is very famous in the Middle East 😂 and it is very Delicious 🤤❤️ we don’t call it dolma in Egypt. Iraqi people do and they add meat to it. In Egypt we call it waraa’ Enab ورق عنب. It is usually smaller than this size and it truly think they used the wrong recipe. In my opinion the best recipe is Syrian/Lebanese one. It is so delicious you must try it 😋❤️

I've been to Morocco and Tunisia during Ramadan and it is absolutely a wonderful time. As a 'tourist' I was told I could sample food in the markets even during the daytime since I am not of the Muslim faith. The olive markets were amazing. I did not eat however...I decided to go with the flow and fast myself. First day is difficult for a novice...but there is a lesson involved. Once you break through the mental barrier... it becomes second nature. I fast once a week...every week now . Best thing ever. It changes you in a positive way.
