But if you’re not literally bent over as he is how do you know what to work on?

That is an excellent question!!! This is exactly what we do when we assess people in walking, standing and sitting at their Free consult with us. We are trained in evaluating and very carefully testing this, in order to produce a result. Mostly, if someone is dealing with chronic pain, they are stuck in what we referred to as compensatory behavior; and they are literally not in a position to self assess or self treat 🙏

I wake every morning and wrap my hands around my legs arms and neck. Just a smooth ride up and down keeping pressure even . If I don't, I'm not getting up. Life long ( I missed a lot of school) lol 57 years.. It was innate that taught me since docs had no clue what was wrong with me. In my 35th year, as a pretzel, I found Greater Brunswick PT with Donna Dutton.. ( she did bone shears too. ) Then to an associate of sports medicine. And instead of the wheelchair docs wanted me prepared for, these two stood me back up. What id done on myself all my life.. WAS A THING. but ineffective completely because I didn't RELAX my muscles as I worked on them. It's hard to do so. Taught me Breath work at pain heights. Got 15 years.. then had COVID and a couple trips.. and couldn't get treatment without a shot. So have not gone. But I live away from Brunswick now and no PTs do this work. " If we did that to all our patients , our hands would be junk" .. but not ALL PATIENTS REQUIRE IT. .. I DO. And if I'm willing to lose my breath to loosen my fascia , YOU SHOULD JUST FKN DO IT! My hands are affected now trigger finger and bunions they want to cut to fix, I refuse. Can you recommend someone in southern central NH. I'm immobilized enough I can't drive far without it getting worse. I spend my day trying to get moving them don't stop till I pass out. So I'm getting fatigue control issues.. because sleep... Is escape. I'm a successful opiate patient, so I have modalities, but use is just getting moving. AM. Then I move to get my own adrenaline going. I'm not depressed.. I'm.angry. Drs say the stupidest things now. I was diagnosed at 23 ... Finally by a Harvard university study physician that has been in a ten year study at Harvard on.. FIBROMYALGIA MYOFASCIAL PAIN SYNDROME, AND REFLEX DYSTROPHY FROM A LIFETIME OF Compensation. And was immediately deemed unemployable by ss. But I have insurance that has gone this journey with me and allows these types of therapy, PTs need only get the Code.. a phone call. Most won't make, because if they work on me for an hour, they can't have 5 patients per hour.. .

Because we didn’t want to use the classically anatomical suit, in order to help visualize the cobwebs that are connective tissue!! 🙂 Google “ fascia magnified 25 times” it should take the images that will show you what connective tissue in vivo looks like.
