Makes 100 pieces
2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup instant powder milk
1 tbsp. ginger
1 tsp elychee / cardamom
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2tbsp condensed milk
2 oz / 4tbsp butter unsalted
1 cup water to knead - use only as you need.
2 cups oil for frying

I did mine yesterday. Came out really nice. It was a one person serving so I substituted sugar for the condensed milk instead... and to mix in I used milk instead of water.

Just made this....well boi, it come out good ehnu, taste great too!! The different thing I did was use coconut 🥥 milk. Thanks a mil Natasha 😊❤️😊

A wok will be to thin you should use a heavy bottom pan. The kurma etc. Will burn.

Yes please unless you prefer a lighter sugar coating.

hi there. came across your channel this week. complying fully with the STAY HOME advice has left us with time on hand so we decided to try.. the kurma came out so great, even we were surprised!!! nice and crunchy...the downside??? we ate it all too quickly lol...we've watched some of your videos and love how simplified they are, easy to follow.. great job...Blessings.. My daughter is dairy free and I'm struggling to find a dairy free butter that will work. The kurma just breaks up. I can make it totally fine with normal butter so I know it's not just me lol. Any advice?

Is your kurma soft? Once you follow my way for the sugar and toss lightly it shouldn't break.

My problem on my first and second attempt is that the sugar never dried up. It stayed sticky on the Kurma. It looks like a glaze

Mine did not come out right. I used just a couple tablespoons water couldn't use any more. Looks taste smells good but it's like a brittle fried biscuit 😭
