I must say I tried this recipe and I'm very much satisfied with the results.. I however used my food processor instead of sifting..and it came out just as perfect..

Wow, just wow. Hands down the best Barfi I have ever made and tasted. It was a big hit for Divali. Thanks for sharing this amazing recipe as well as the other sweets recipes that made my Divali a success!!!

I just want to say heartfelt thank you to you for having this channel. I've tried all of your recipes and I've not yet been disappointed. My mom is 80 today and every year for her bday we have prayers. We have always relied on others to make this and I did this today for her to put in her parsad tomorrow. It came out great, I'm so proud of myself and she is so happy with the outcome ! Blessings to you, thank you ❤❤❤

Usually I love your recipes but I just made this one and I’m not a huge fan:( I made it before by cooking the milk mixture while stirring for a long time, I just prefer that one as this taste a bit raw. Ill definitely continue to make your other recipes cuz you’re awesome!

+Trini Cooking with Natasha I have a question tho, I made a while back and it was so crumbly it mashed up the next day I was devastated because that has never happened before. I did not use your recipe tho, I will be trying it tomorrow. I just wanted to know what I can do to prevent it from mashing up. definitely will be trying your recipe

+Crysalee Samuel make sure when u add the phag and mix it in you squeeze some in the palm of your hand to make sure it holds. Also you can let the phag be a little stickier ,that will hold it. Hope this helps.

In Trinidad we actually add the the milk to the sugar syrup and cook it together, then spread it out onto the sheet pan. Love your channel though ;)

Please don't say in Trinidad we do that. I'm in Trinidad, I have never done it that way. I always do it the way Natasha is doing it.

Hi Natasha I tried your recipe today. It held it shape and everything but mines was a bit chewy. Any remedies for next time. I did have a little trouble with the phag though.

@@TriniCookingwithNatasha I didnt make enough at first and I had to make back twice. After starting to mix it I realise I needed more. I know you said always make extra.. also I think I made mines too thick as if I was making for kurma. I dont think yours was like that

Hi good day Natasha, just a quick question, I saw this older recipe has 1/2 cup ginger and the newer one has 1/4 cup ginger but they both have the same ingredients otherwise, is there a reason you lessened the ginger in the newer recipe?

@@samchang8144 it can take 1 hour or more. The softer you mix it the longer it will take.
