Thanks for the recipes...good ones...too much sugar...?any alternatives ?yes....if you sweetened coconut then add one cup of organic sugar...then for the sugar syrup add have the amt ...and drizzle the syrup ...might help. Or use agave nectar as the syrup for drizzling....

@@TriniCookingwithNatasha that i do know but that thing is either a 'cake' or a 'bake' because its made with flour in an oven. 'Drops' are sugar based products that are primarily cooked

'Cakes' are baked, 'drops' are cooked. That my darling, is a coconut rock cake. Nevertheless, i like the recipe, its possible better than original jamaican coconut rock cakes... thats coming from a jamaican
