That truck is RUSTY, glad you put a new tank in it, whenever ive done fuel pumps, i typically aim the sock down first and then let the pump follow. But good job! Very helpful information

I'm assuming this tank can be removed and left out if it's leaking. What do you just install some type of rubber caps over the lines if you don't want to replace it on an old beater?
