When you combine these two qualities with his attention deficit disorder, you get a case study in how he managed the health care bill. So it's really a case of good news, bad news. The bad news is that Trump is truly evil. The good news is he is going to have a hard time implementing his evil policies because of those three lucky qualities mentioned earlier.
