I'm a 25 year old male. I am still waiting on the GENIE test to come back. My provider thinks its incredibly likely I have CIRS. I am blessed because If I do have CIRS I will be able to remediate. If I am well in a year or two I would be completely willing to share my story. Its very likely you making you-tube videos spreading this information will lead to life changing healing for me. Edit. Its confirmed I have CIRS. I am moving down the path of treatment. Wish me luck.

Great explanatory video Judy. Thank you for breaking this information down for so many of us that just can’t understand the complexities of the medical field. I’ve only been watching your videos for several months but I’ve learned SO MUCH. You are quickly becoming one of my favorites along with Dr Berry, Dr. Berg, Dr Osborne and Dr. FUNG. Great company to be included into. Cheers!

Thankful for you and Dr. Shoemaker!!! Listened to a wonderful Dr. who started out as a business major in Warton school of business and he talked about how Dr.s are taught to connect symptoms with Bandaid RX's and never taught to get to the root cause. So we are asking Dr.s to do what they were never taught to do, what they are actively encouraged NOT to do. But if AI can prescribe better than Dr.s....many are going to be out of jobs unless they become detectives and get to root causes.

I have known about having CIRIS since 2016. I’ve had health issues my whole life but once I got my saline breast implants my health issues became 100xs worse and couldn’t work anymore. I’ve gone down the rabbit whole of breast implant illness. I’m fully aware that the implants have to come out. I’m 19months into carnivore and I am better. I take the CIRIS medicine but im not able to go back to work. So If you have implants of any kind and your not healing the way you should and you have implants just consider they are making you not heal properly along with your condition. Since I have this illness it never occurred to me my implants could be a problem. New of 2023, if you get implants, you have to sign a four page waiver of BII and the FDA has announced that the capsule made around the implant is able to cause a lymphoma cancer. All implants have a silicon lining, and that lining is bleeding out into the capsule causing the issue for some. Now implants have A black box ⚠️ warning on them. If you removed your implants and they didn’t take the capsule out it can keep you more sick then you’d actually be. It’s all very unfortunate as they marked implants SAFE for many years making us believe it’s ok. If you have no health issues and you have implants that’s great but the number of people that are sick is HIGH

I should mention when we did find mold, which was hidden using the CIRIS medication was not effective at all while working, and the living in hidden mold. Only in a cleaner or clean environment does the medication work. However, I still believe that once my implants are out that I actually might be able to go back to work so she’s not wrong when she says getting on medication while living or working and mold doesn’t work.

Considering that any home anywhere could have mold, even a brand-new one like you said, does geography matter at all? Is it better to live somewhere arid? Or does it make hardly any difference compared to home maintenance?

Well, so many of us live in moldy parts of the world, like near oceans and lakes, in the tropics and the South, where mold levels in the air are high year round. You cannot escape it. Even people in the dry South West in the US have moldy homes.

So I moved to a bone dry marble lined house. Don’t need tests for mould, it barely rains and the humidity is way too low. I also tried a carnivore elimination diet for 6 weeks. No real change in my inflammatory arthritis or auto immune system shenanigans. Not sure what else to try. Finally started medication as a last resort (methotrexate initially). Disappointed to be treating the symptoms but at a loss what else to do. Hope others find some relief with their condition.
@lf7065

My feeling is that once our bodies have started fighting our own tissues, there's no reversing that. It gets encoded. However, we can suppress our overactive system. I think Methotrexate is not a bad choice if you tolerate it well. I'm in the same boat. Many people do very well with it long term. 🙂

Is there a room air filtering system that is recommended for CIRS patients while healing?
@Loveoverfear1001
@Loveoverfear1001 Жыл бұрын
I think the main point of this video is that if you have CIRS you need to leave exposure and move somewhere without mold. I feel like this Q isn't necessary if you follow the advice (Coming from someone living in a musty studio with 2 air filters who desperately wants to cling onto this place- as I love it in every other away apart from the mold- but I think it might be time to let go). Anyway, your choice if you want to follow the advice. I recommend the Sqair air filter - my research indicated to me that this was a fantastic filter money-value wise. The company behind it seems really great and ethical too.

Why not just assume the markers will be bad and go from there? Skip the bloodwork and go for the protocol and remediation?
@NutritionwithJudy
@NutritionwithJudy Жыл бұрын
Because many many people run into hiccups and the bloodwork is the guide to help us understand what could be wrong. We go by symptoms and then the bloodwork shares some of the answers. The protocol moves up the triangle only when the specific blood marker is regulated into the normal ranges.
@gabrielbarrantes6946
@gabrielbarrantes6946 Жыл бұрын
I would say that depends, the building and diet are probably the most important things, and you can do those without the blood work.

What do you think about Great Plains binder list showing Cholestyramine only helps with one kind of mycotoxin? I was in a position where I could no longer tolerate some super toxin outside or my home (which was about as life threatening as it gets) so I just forced myself up onto more zeolite. Saved my life. Back to living in my home. I am seeing some serious improvements but I lived outside for a year and half. The zeolite helped me tolerate more food, ozone, fulvic acid, enemas. People aren’t intense because they are just impatient and traumatized. They are intense because mycotoxins are running the show 🧠. I was only able to touch neural retraining after upping the zeolite. I feel completely torn between shoemaker, extreme mold avoidance or really just limbic retraining which has helped thousands of people. Very convincing people and stories in all of those camps.

Mycotoxins make up about 7% of CIRS cases. Mycotoxins are rarely enough of the problem. Cholestyramine helps eliminate bio toxins (which are many different kinds).

Hi...I have been following you for over a year now! I have also been a carnivore for over a year now....I was feeling so amazing for the first few months but sadly got a tick bite around Easter last year...caught it in time and treated...then was diagnosed with H pylori and my GI doctor said I've had it for 10 plus years as it was positive in an old blood test....my question is...do you think the h pylori could have led to CIRS....my symptoms all started back to about 10+ years ago....and I pretty much have every symptom on the shoemaker symptom list....I did get a prescription of cholestyramine for bile malabsorbtion and it does make me feel better...

Hi. I wanted to give you my two cents as a fellow CIRS patient. I have H. Pylori overgrowth, as well as SIBO. Gut bacteria imbalance is almost a guarantee for people who have had ongoing exposure to mold toxins. H. Pylori is just one bacteria that most people will have in their gut, but it only becomes a problem when it grows out of control (the same is true for others like candida). You might have had H Pylori since childhood, but it might have stayed in check until something like a toxic mold or other exposure or illness caused it to overgrow in the gut. The good news is that all of this is reversible with the right treatment and removing yourself from environmental exposure.

The biggest limitation of any discussion of a carnivorous diet is the lack of research. All of the studies on an animal based diet are in a very short (a few days), or case studies of Antarctic explorers or victims of scurvy or reviews of cultural practices, which always involve at least some plants. Studies that last few days can only tell about short-term effects in the longer term poor nutrition, may cause thyroid problems, hormonal problems, nutrient, deficiencies, and other health issues. Proponents of carnivorous diet claim that human body’s nutritional requirements are different after several months of eating only meat, but there is NO research to back this up (personal experience does not research make!)
