Great moves. I am going to 'enjoy' adding these to the traditional trx exercises. Trx should do a 'trx pilates' course.

PJ! I took a couple of your sessions a few years ago at Canfit in Toronto. You got me interested in the foam roller! Now I've got a suspension trainer that I'm getting used to. This is great to see. Thanks for posting :D.

Thank you PJ,Your a great instructor. i am older and just did 2 class in TRX. I am very afraid of causing injury to my knees, Is there some modified version to build some strength to my knees. I would like to see a video on that if you please. Thank you.
