Clinton Ober is CEO of Earth FX Inc., a research and development company located in Palm Springs, California. He first learned of grounding when installing Cable TV systems in Billings, Montana in the early 1960’s. A decade later, he formed Telecrafter Corporation and built it into the largest provider of cable installation services in the United States. This company specialized in proper grounding of cable installations for safety and TV signal stability. Over the past twenty years, he has supported a host of research studies (Earthing Institute) that collectively demonstrate that grounding alone reduces inflammation and promotes normal functioning of all body systems.
-
I’m always curious to learn ways to take my physical and emotional health to the next level, so this conversation with Clint was an eye-opener. If you’re ready to learn the benefits of grounding, why we should all take time to reconnect with Mother Nature, and SO much more, then this one’s for you. Without further ado, let’s jump into Episode 1,269 of The School of Greatness!

I am a 25-year MS patient and in April 2021, within one hour of Pfizer shot #2, I could not walk. I didn't walk for 15 months. After finding one Italian medical report, I did a 4-day drip of Solumedrol and bought grounding sheets or my bed. I AM NOW WALKING. I fully embrace this!

I thought I was under privileged as a child because our house didn’t have a t.v., but now I see we were blessed! We had no carpet, no tv, and were always told to go outside and play. We built forts in tall grass, climbed trees, played with animals. We’d usually be barefoot, sometimes even when we rode our bikes. No uv-robbing sunglasses. Ran into kids from our little town doing the exact same thing. 😀 Only came home for meals. We always felt happy, adventurous, curious, confident outdoors, despite problems at home. Natural living, freedom & the outdoors saved us. Read 7 books/wk and excelled in school despite problems at home. ADD and allergies were not a thing back then. Neither were cell phones. True FREEDOM. Talking late 60-70’s.

I'm on the Isle of Wight , surrounded by beaches , and I usually walk my dogs on the sand wearing boots or trainers . Since watching two documentaries today on grounding , both very informative aswell as entertaining , plus a question and answer video with Clint Ober , I will now walk barefooted as much as I can . I remember how good it's felt to walk barefoot on the grass , the few times I've done it . I will make that a habit too , when we go to the fields . I've ordered a small grounding mat and conductivity tester , after watching the utube videos , so am looking forward to trying that out . Hopefully, it will help with my wrist pain that developed a few months ago. 🆓🇬🇧🏝️

I found the earthing movie after a years worth of chemo a few years ago so incorporated earthing which made a huge difference even after adjusting to low inflammatory foods and herbs. When I encourage people to try, usually just look at me and get the eye roll… many seem to love to live in misery. I am back to hiking, swimming, cycling and take no pharmaceuticals, feeling good and so grateful.

This video may have changed my life! I found out a few months ago that I have been dealing with chronic inflammation for years and recently been diagnosed with costochondritis, which I probably had for years. The pain was so severe that I had to take pain meds and that eventually stopped working. So I found stretches and exercises to help with the pain, which I have to do daily. I watched this video yesterday morning and told my husband about grounding which he was very sceptical about. That afternoon my costochondritis pain got really severe so we went outside and sat on the grass, barefoot...just to see if this guys claims are true. Well my pain went away after about 20 minutes. I told my husband and he laughed and said it was probably a mental thing. He went in the house and came back out, in shock, to show me his foot. He had gout in one foot and had been limping around for 2 days. His foot was swollen and red for 2 days and after sitting outside for 30 minutes, the color was normal and the swelling was gone. We are definitely believers now!! I'm getting ready to order the mats and sandals for my husband and I. I'm still in shock that something so simple as grounding our bodies can do this. I've been praying for relief from this pain because it can get overwhelming when you have to deal with pain regularly. Thank you Lewis for all that you do and making this information available to us!! 🙏

Incredible! The summer shoes we got were the first rubber? flipflops from Japan in the late 50s. But we were barefoot alot of the summer, as shoes were bought in the fall for school. Enjoyed hearing this, I feel richer for being barefoot alot of my life! It always felt good to walk on Mother Earth barefoot. Now, late in life, I walked to the Condo community mailbox barefoot (it's surrounded by asphalt and concrete) and a tiny 3-year old was so shocked when she saw me, she started screaming to her mother that I was barefoot!!! She had never seen a person barefoot outdoors.

Ten minutes after this video started, I decided to go watch it outside, barefoot. We are about 40 minutes in, I get up from the stump I am sitting on, and walk, just to see. @@lewishowes Thanks Lewis! I had seen an early video by this guy not long ago, and already knew regular grounding improves health, but all the extra info in THIS interview is VERY helpful, and has convinced me it GREATLY improves health and EVERYONE ought to get as much regular grounding as possible and definitely some Earth grounding mats & sandals. As an electronic technician, I know having a proper Earth ground helps electrical and electronic equipment work better and SAFER. I Also know a lot of small apartment bldg's and a lot of homes and businesses not in a Union building, never got Earth ground properly connected to the ground terminal of it's electrical outlets! That's dangerous, AND if an Earth mat is supposed to be connected to Earth via Earth ground having been connected to the ground pin in homes & apartment buildings where the owners frequently have NON-UNION electricians who installed the electrical wiring & outlets, did NOT get the proper 5 years of electrical education or PROPER on the job training for 5 years as an apprentis to UNION ELECTRICIANS, and don't actually know what they're doing. So, people need to hire an actual UNION electrician, (not just a LICENSED electrician) to test whether the 3rd grounding pin in all their electrical outlets is ACTUALLY connected to Earth ground. Only UNION electricians get the proper education and training to know how to properly connect all electrical outlets to actual Earth ground or even know why it's important. Trust me and ask a UNION electrician to EXPLAIN to you WHY only UNION electricians know how to connect electrical outlets to Earth ground or even know why it's important to do it, in order to Protect your building from burning to the ground in an electrical fire, or to protect all your electronics from getting fried from electrical surges, or to protect you from getting electrocuted because you were standing in water and touched an ungrounded metallic electrical appliance plugged into 110 VAC, like a washing machine. UNION electricians will EXPLAIN all that for FREE, so you ask THEM 1st. NON-UNION electricians can't explain it, they got zero education, and don't know why, or much of anything. Licensed electricians merely paid a fee to the city gov for their license -- they didn't get ANY education or training whatsoever when they paid the fee to get that license, just simply paid a fee to get the license, that's it. They are EXTREMELY DANGEROUS compared to UNION ELECTRICIANS. PS: Based on the last 5 minutes of this interview, I don't think this nice man received much profit for discovering the benefits of human grounding or doing the initial research. The guys who made the Earthing products website who told him they paid a huge amount to put the business together, don't give him anything for discovering it or doing the initial research. I can tell from the last 5-6 minutes of this interview. Ask him. ❤

I believe in this subject about grounding. A friend of my mom (now deceased) told me some years ago that one of her grandsons was one year old and could not walk. She walked and put him in his stroller and they went to the beach. She digged a hole in the sand and put him to sit it in with his legs stretched out and covered the sand up to his waist. Then after 15 minutes she took him out and gave him a bath in the salt water. She did this for 2-3 weeks and he started walking.

At 78 I can honestly say I walked barefooted any time I did not need shoes to work. I am healthy and people say look and act 20 yrs younger. Totally just learned this on my own, was diagnosed with arthritis at 12 years old. I refused to be a crippled person. Taught by learning what works. Been following this for a few years but never done any of it.

Yes grounding is important to connect back to our other mother that gave birth to us. Nowadays in the cities we live in high rises, walking on concrete and missing the connection to our mother. As a muslim I put my face to the ground, what an experience doing it on the actual ground rather than from 6 floors above. Funny how my ancestors slept on the floor and I sleep on four legs off the floor. Thanks for this video may our Creator fill us with light upon light ❤

I have been living with fibromyalgia for 23 years. I recently ran across mr. Obers first video "The earthing movie" by accident. I had an overseas trip planned so I just received the bed mat one week ago. I had come home from my trip very very ill. Since skeeping on the mat the 1st day I felt better from the bronchitis. In the last seven days I wake up more refreshed, less slugginess & and brain fog. The muscle fatigue and heaviness are much less "painful." The entire concept makes 100% sense. I feel like now I know how I managed to become ill from fibromyalgia, a condition that allegedly the medical profession doesn't know much about. I am amazed that this has not been recommended to me by the drs. Thank you Clint Ober

I am very sensitive and do feel fatigue being in the city streets for longer periods of times or a shopping mall. Always feel so drained after ..never knew why. Also I always feel energized, happy and light after taking my dog for a walk in the hills and that is with sneakers. Recently when there's been some stress at home and I have instinctively gone out to the garden and laid down on the ground to discharge the stress so to say,..and will feel noticably better after a few minutes.. pretty crazy to see that this is a real scientific thing. Wild. That's what we need. More of the wild. What a warm, kind and classy guy, this Clint Ober is. For about three years I have been wearing part of the day my own grounded shoes. I just made two holes through the sole and passed naked electrical wire through the holes. It is the same principle of the sandals, but it is cheaper. I am retired and go to the park everyday and practice Taiichi and other things barefooted, but when the temperature drops, I only stay barefooted for some ten minutes and the rest of the 2 hours I wear my grounded shoes.

I grew up in South Africa and we never wore shoes. We didn’t even need to wear shoes to school. I now live in Ireland and dont wear shoes. In Winter when its cold i wear shoes out but at home and around the garden I dont. Can’t stand wearing shoes. I find them so stifling. I am so healthy and I really attribute it to this. Thanks for the video.

Thank you for giving Mr. Ober all his time. This was such a delightful interview. I'm 52 and I'm so excited to start my grounding journey. You are a phenomenal host Lewis. May the Lord continue to richly bless you and expand your territory. Thank you for your ministry. In case you need a reminder...You matter. :)

Thank you Lewis for a GREAT interview. I love that you let people talk and finish a thought. There was so much information in Clint's stories and observations. All nuggets of pure gold. And your questions are so 'grounding.' Keeping it simple and very relative for 'civilians'. This interview made a difference and enlightened my life and I shared it and am so grateful. Thank you both. Mission accomplished.

Our bodies were made to stand, walk, climb and squat. We do all different types of movements which skews our symmetry. When that happens, the flow thru the body can't function properly. ..blood, lymph, etc. I have been massage therapist, and once symmetry is revived, pain goes. Clint Ober did a lot of skiing and probably biking....If you want to let me show you how to revive symmetry, I can. My grandmother's maiden name is Ober. We could be related.

You can make it your self he did you need to get the silver tape that is like duct tape but it's the silver shiny tape you need to get a grounding rod and wire preferably copper wire but put the tape on your bed strips of it put The copper wire under one of the strips and take that you're going to lay on and you're going to have to take it out the window the wiring and take it to the grounding rod that's down in the ground and wrap it around that and sleep on it one night and see what it does for you

@@diane5522 go get silver duct tape it looks like aluminum get probably 150 ft of wire and a grounding rod at the hardware store and you put that silver duct tape across your bed where you're sleeping at you hooked up wire underneath one of those the duct tape and throw it out the window hook the other end of the wire to a grounding rod and put it down on the ground this is how he started out and it works for him before I buy one has grounding pad I'm going to try this myself

@@diane5522 preferably copper wire I would think but I'm sure it's expensive someone else told me they use regular wire you know and they laid in bed just like they normally would cross that silver shiny aluminum tape and tape woke up refreshed like never before and same thing this man did the one that's making these grounding pads
