Everything about this channel is straight gold. The material is clear and to the point, there's no bullshit or fake personality, just a real guy giving some real good tips. These videos have helped my training tremendously.

Very complete training session. I love the mixture between heavy squats and the transference to an explosive movement that has carryover to the actual sprint. Moreover, those elevated reverse lunges are an awesome movement

Chris, I am currently debating about what time of the season should i begin to do this workout? For track 100m... Should it be now? Or until the season starts? Also, if you happen to say I should wait till track season gets closer to do this work out, should i focus a bit more on gaining some muscle mass right now?

Have a look around this channel I'm sure you'll find something that'll help you! Stay low, look down & drive for 1st few strides then 1 can gradually stand up & stride.... remember practice makes perfect, but I'm no pro 😉
