Lviv is much nicer, believe-me. Kiyv was devastated during WW II and carelessly reconstructed, but Lviv was declared open City and survived the war with minor damage. Everything in Lviv is originally ancient. However the area around the river and _Peshersk Lavra_ Monastery in Kiyv is very beautiful.

Although Biden has had a few good moments, His ability to communicate the values and importance of this war has been severely lacking as his ability to communicate a message for much of anything.
