I eat 3 to 4 eggs per day.. but i dont eat rice... daily 1 hr excercise... helped to reduce the weight from 88 to 74...I eat as poached egg..

I am 72 years old. Diabetic for the last 42 years. I have used different kinds of medicines, even insulin injection for the treatment of the above. I have changed my lifestyle,. controlled the intake of the rice and and wheat based foods foods foods. Now diabetic is under control. I have been using 20 to 25 eggs in a wk. Lipid profile is being got checked in every 3 months . There is no considerable variation in the cholesterol level.

ഫെർട്ടിലയ്സ്ഡ് Egg നെയല്ലേ Embriyo എന്ന് പറയാനൊക്കൂ. മാർക്കറ്റിൽ കിട്ടുന്ന മുട്ടകൾ ഫാമുകളിൽ പൂവനില്ലാതെ വളർത്തുന്ന പിടക്കോഴികളുടെ മുട്ടകളാണ്. അവ വിരിയില്ല.

Sir, i was used to eat 8 egg whites and 2 yolk everyday since i have been going to gym... Only After watching this video i realised the myth behind egg yolk.... So iam starting to have 8 whole egg per day frome today.... I workout everyday 2 hr I have no heart issue No other cholesterol issues So is this is safe to me??? Sir pls replay❤️❤️❤️

I take 2 eggs every day. I workout on daily basis for 1h 30 mts at gym. I think its a safest protein you can have. As Doctor said you need to take the complete egg to get maximum benefit.

എന്റെ മകൻ കോമ്പറ്റിഷൻ സമയത്ത് ഒരു ദിവസം 80 മുട്ടയുടെ വെള്ള മാത്രം കഴിക്കും. അര കിലോ ഐസ് ക്രീം..1 kg റോബസ്റ്റാ പഴം.2 kg ചിക്കൻ. അതും ഉപ്പ് മാത്രം ചേർത്ത് പുഴുങ്ങിയത്. കുറഞ്ഞത് ഒരു മാസം ഇങ്ങിനെ ആണ്.. ഇപ്പോൾ ഡൽഹിയിൽ ഇൻസ്‌ട്രേക്ടർ ആണ്..
