Good content sir,we the people of Kerala are so addicted to rice, tapioca like starch content. I am following a complete no grain diet now, it is filling and I feel good.

Useful video! Also, the skew in the Green Revolution which led to a great and acclaimed burst in food availability and national food sufficiency, has however been towards the cheaper component, and for long the larger component ( for various reasons including perhaps colonial distortion of the nutrition patterns of a weakened colonised nation) of Indian diet viz., monocot grain production.. neglecting the more healthy and costly mostly dicot, non-grain component ..again because of various reasons, including the relative ease in production of desirable variations and high yielding varieties in monocots.

Pzha ,ബർഗർ ,മൈദാ മാത്രമല്ല ,ട്രാൻസ്ഫാറ്റ് ഉം ഉണ്ടാകും ,പിന്നെ ചീസ് .അത് രാത്രി കഴിച്ചാൽ LDL കൊളെസ്ട്രോൾ കൂടും. Dinner അല്ലെ വീട്ടിൽ pizha ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ ആകാം ഡോക്റ്റർ പറഞ്ഞത് ,അതിൽ pizha base കുറച്ചു ഓട്സ് കൊണ്ടോ ,അല്ലെങ്കിൽ Foxtail millet ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ഉണ്ടാക്കുക ..കാരണം ചിലർക്ക് സാലഡ് മാത്രം കഴിച്ചു ഉറങ്ങാൻ പറ്റൂല്ല . രാത്രിയിൽ കൂടുതൽ ഞാൻ കണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത് പുരുഷന്മാർക്കും house wife നും grains ഇല്ലാതെ അവർക്ക് പറ്റൂല്ല ,അവർക്ക് വിശപ്പ് കൂടും .അപ്പോൾ രാത്രയിൽ grains പതുക്കെ കുറയ്ക്കുക ..പക്ഷെ 8മണി വരെ എങ്കിലും കഴിക്കുക .പിന്നീട് വിശപ്പ് വന്നാൽ steam വെജ് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ veg സാലഡ് കഴിക്കാം .

Cornmeal is again a grain..Almond flour is much better than Coconut flour..has a low Glycemic Index and gluten free...go for balanced recipes...
