Just FABULOUS! No matter where or what they turn their attention to, they shake decades of dust from the time and the people feel summer breezes, fetid smells of Bourbon Street, iced tea, and sweaty bodies in starched cotton clothes. I only regret they came along 6p years after I fell in love with Dixie Land jazz.

People throughout the 20th century have been referring to the United States as America. What is the big deal? Your beef should be with the explorer Amerigo Vespucci for saddling the continents of North and South America with.
@shurshot27646 жыл бұрын
NO. America is comprised of 2 continents - North and South. So you are conflating continent with hemisphere and still haven't named a country. What you are looking for is USA. "Glass houses - stones", ya know?

*Shurshot 2* What is a Continent Exactly? Currently, there is no universally accepted definition that the world agrees on. The good news is there are no less than 4 continents and never more than 8! The definition of a continent is clear that water serves an important purpose in the dividing lines of each continent. But, some continents do not have any water at all at the dividing line while others are surrounded by water and are considered islands North and South America have a similar issue. There is no body of water that separates them except for the man-made panama canal This means that our definition of a continent would bring the number to just 4 continents: Americas, Afro-Eurasia, Antarctica, and Australia www.whatarethe7continents.com/the-continents-definition-what-is-a-continent/

Boy should know better than that So I didn't get to tell him She had hit me with a baseball bat He gave me a hard, hard, hard, hard sentence Everybody they treat me so unkind You can bet I'll never hit another woman When I'm through servin' time I'm goin' to pawn my knife and pistol Cause I have got me in an awful jam I'm going back to see my baby Cause I've got only myself to blame Judge gave me a hard, hard, hard, hard sentence Everybody treat me so unkind You can bet l'll never hit another woman When I'm through servin' time

Super Jazz , as usual with Tuba Skinny! And as usual in certain Clubs, BAD MICROPHONE BALANCE, the rhythm section is engulfing the sound of the 3 blowing instruments "front line" , who should always be in first plane.

Thanks for the comment. I was the organiser of this particular concert. Ideally, this would have been without amplification of any kind, but there were some 400+ attendees and it was decided to use PA after all. We went to some lengths to find a good sound technician, because I think that good sound is paramount. I thought he did a marvellous job, certainly given the circumstances, but am sorry to hear that you don't like it. Will try better next time.
@TITOMARTINOJAZZETC.6 жыл бұрын
Hi wininboy, thanks for your efforts, "good sound technicians" are not usually involved with accoustic traditional jazz, they always invariably think as if it was a rock band where strings come first and winds make support! ! Take care next time and success!
