Cigarettes and alcohol addiction actually destroyed my life. I could remember several years ago after divorce with my wife which brought me into my disastrous journey on Alcohol and cigarettes. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.

Both my parents smoked for over 30 years. They both were recently diagnosed with Lung cancer within a year of each other. Unfortunately my mom will not make it (stage 4) and I will lose her in her early 60s. I’ve always hated smoking, I begged them my entire life to quit but they didn’t care. Smokers that have families are selfish, they don’t realize the pain and suffering they will inevitably cause their loved ones. Now because of their choices my life is a living hell, I had to give up a great job (my career on hold), my social life, and have taken a huge financial hit between medical expenses and them not being able to work anymore. I do this because I love them and I need to be here taking care of them as long as this nightmare lasts, but I wish they would had been more responsible in their younger years. Think twice if you’re going to smoke, specially if you have children, you will ruin their lives.

Hey, if you research how the native Americans utilize it you will see it was little use for it being recreationally - but moreso leaning towards there ceremonial, medicinal and therapeutic uses. It's a great pain reliever/killer, good digestive stimulant whenever you feeling bloated, constipated or just having some irregular bowel movement it aids in helping you flush out some guck from ones stomach. Yeah just do your research and educate yourself on the history of it in general. More than what you think, it gets so stigmatized due to the cigarette attachment.
