Suuny g, you are making gr8t videos, i am from delhi, india. I only have 45 mins a day for the gym out of which i use 15 mins in treadmill. Currently i am doing 3 days weight training (1 day chest and biceps, 2nd day shoulder and thighs, 3rd day back and triceps) and 3 days floor taining (1 day abs, 1 day sides and one day cimplete cardio). Kindly advise for any changes

Weight lifting is natural ability and depends person to person.some skinny guy lifts more than muscular guys. So it will depend on you completely. For bulking- 8,7,5 reps 3 sets For cutting - 14,12,10,8 4 sets
