Suuny g, you are making gr8t videos, i am from delhi, india. I only have 45 mins a day for the gym out of which i use 15 mins in treadmill. Currently i am doing 3 days weight training (1 day chest and biceps, 2nd day shoulder and thighs, 3rd day back and triceps) and 3 days floor taining (1 day abs, 1 day sides and one day cimplete cardio). Kindly advise for any changes

I don't have such expensive set up but trust me my exercise sequence is also very practical and effective. Weight lifting is natural ability and depends person to person.some skinny guy lifts more than muscular guys. So it will depend on you completely. For bulking- 8,7,5 reps 3 sets For cutting - 14,12,10,8 4 sets

I have completed your baise workout for 30day and i have start your intermediate workout from last 1week it a great help.. Questions... Is conventional deadlift not included in back workout? Where is seated machine rows? At the start of video, you have said that monday you do chest, tuesdays back, etc etc. So it means that you are alright with Bro- split technique? (Others encourage Push-Pull types etc) TIA

Bhai mujhe ek dout hai Dout ye hai ki ap bolte ho ki koi koi exercise kr 6 set lagne hai or mere gym mai 3 set lagata hu to 1 se 1:30 ghanta lag jata hai ager mai 6 set lagao ga to 3 se 3:30 ghante lage ge mujhe or fir mera gym trainer hai wo bolte hai ki 1 se 1:30 ghanta bahut hota hai kya ye sahi bat hai Or mai ek collage student hu Answer me bhai!!😰😰
