I had the biggest hang-up after seeing the Genshin scene PM voiced. PM is a good VA, but the energy of his delivery didn't match the body language of the character. I was baffled because of it. "PM isn't a bad VA how can this be?" But then I remembered the existence of vocal directors, then I immediately felt better because they are to blame for this inconsistency. PM sounds like he's saying "you've activated my trap card" while the body language looks like he's casually talking about his day.
