Better quality parts helps with the v-band bolt length, it not being aligned correctly is more the problem than the bolt or gasket part funny that gasket actually helped it!! 😂

Neat rad mod Boost creep shouldn't be horrible. 0.025 is a good start on plugs. But not sure what boost pressure you are running. On my old set up on my cruze 1.4 t I was running 0.035 for gap till I made it to 17 psi of boost longer periods of time then I went back to 0.023 on the gauge but they spring back to 0.025. I'm on a base tune and it's awesome to drive now. You are going to be happy once it's done. Be safe.

.035 will definitely blow out the spark, it’s a good thing you tightened up the gap. 17 psi is a handful I bet!
