I've seen a video on youtube before of someone swapping for a turbo that wasn't an instant swap like yours and they also had to solve the flange problem. I remember they modified parts. But the turbo wasn't the same you are using I believe. I can't remember which channel it was. I think it was a daughter/father duo. I can try to look it up if you think it would help you.

How does the new Turbo, fit in the existing place of the older Turbo.

Sopiiko uuden turbon pulttijako vanhan pakosarjan pulttijakoon? laitoin omaan 940 t3/4 ja ajoin vakio pakosarjasta sen korokkeen laipasta pois niin sopi paikalleen, monta asiaa tulee tarvitsemaan muutosta tuommosen jälkiasennus turbon asennuksen jälkeen että pysyy normiajossa toimivana pakettina. Noita muutoksia muutamat tehneenä niin alkaa jo luonnistumaan, kolmas projekti alkaa kohta mutta siihen tulee isompi mitsun tekele jolloin on lähes plug and plau vakio osilla.

Why did you decide to change the trbo even before installing a pressure valve regulator? The FT turbo can handle much more pressure than it's set to. You have the FT so you even have the gauge meter inside, you can just swap it to a true aftermarket pressure gauge meter and voila.

I don’t think that’s an oil leak. Pretty sure that’s from all the WD40 you had just used to remove the manifold.

So posting a video where you're just wrenching at fast speed. Not saying what you're munching on what size bolts, what order and which dividend is totally useless! What a waste of time 10 minutes

@@hanssgarage1886 honestly who would benefit at all from this. No close up shots, no explanation on what you are removing , bolt sizes . Delete it!
