For the batter;
1 cup flour
1 cup water
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 pinch salt
For stuffing;
200 gr clotted cream
3-4 handfuls pistachio
For the sherbet;
250 gr sugar
125 ml water
1 tablespoon butter
1-2 drops lemon
For the batter, whisk flour, water and milk in a bowl.
Add salt, break the egg and continue whisking. When the mixture becomes homogeneous, grease a 30 cm pan with a little butter and pour 1.5 ladle and cook it on both sides, as if you were making a pancake.
When it cools down, place the two dough pieces side by side. Add pistachio, clotted cream then roll and slice it.
For the sherbet, dissolve sugar with water in a saucepan. When the sugar melts and the syrup starts to boil, add butter.
Squeeze 1-2 drops of lemon juice, take out the foams on top and pour it over the dessert while it is hot. The easiest dessert tastes maybe better than baklava is ready to serve, enjoy!
