Twists are a wonderful way to kickstart our day, especially in the morning. They help activate our organs, invigorate the body, and set the stage for energy to flow freely. By twisting, we stimulate the detoxification process, awakening dormant organs and releasing stagnant energy from the subtle body.

@YogaWithArchanaAlur actually today I practised your Shiva Namaskar episode of day Monday,so I couldn't make it. All your practice I saved and do it according to day and my body requires, but all your episodes are very informative and well presented.

Hello Archana , I really feel very good after doing this session, thank you ❤. However I did it in the evening, but on an empty stomach. I notice you have mentioned morning yoga, hence ask this.

I'm glad you enjoyed the session. It's fine to do yoga in the evening on an empty stomach. Morning yoga is great, but the best time is whenever it suits you. Keep practicing and listening to your body!
