For real though, I can't believe how Ty can guide a class while actually doing the entire practice himself, and not even getting agitated 👏

i love your flows and classes --- also, a question for Ty -- how do you fit vinyasa flows into your ashtanga practice? are they for rest-days? or do you just replace some ashtanga days with vinyasa flows? or...? any recommendations for those of us trying to create a regular ashtanga practice, but still find your vinyasa flows extremely valuable and healing (but struggle to find time/energy to do both:))?

This is a super challenging class for me! Despite the hard poses, the class moved slowly and held the poses longer. It really challenged my patience. Thank you, Ty! Namaste!

Another amazing class. I have discovered you recently and I love the combo of ashtanga/vinyasa. A true marvel 🙏❤️❤️❤️ I feel inspired, as I was getting bored of classes I used to do. I don't think I will ever become bored of those classes.

I have never done a class with this level of difficulty in such a slow manner, and I LOVED it. Many teachers go too fast which is easier, and to me, not as beneficial. Thank you Ty for sharing.
