Auntie P., I remember the Sunday dinner pot roast, we were fortunate to have two meat on Sunday. My father was a butcher and rented put rooms in our backyard. When dinner is ready, we share it with all the children who live in our yard. My mother also baked pudding for later. Those were the good old days. I still make pot roast, but once in a while. I love you videos. I would like to show me how to make "blue draws" or dukkino... the one that use the green banana.

Aunty Pauline all you do each time I watch you cooking is to take me back in time when my mom used to prepare some of those meals for us. That used to be Sunday dinner before chicken became so popular. For myself I have not cooked roast beef or even pork in a very long time. Thanks for sharing and God bless you and your family. Take care and be safe❤❤❤🎉🎉

Auntie Pauline , I find that when you are cutting up your seasoning on the cutting board, I think that you will find it much easier if you get a square metal like a scraper to pick up the seasoning instead of using the top of the knife. No offense just a little suggestion peace and love from Canada!

Good morning my KZbin Sister Pauline, I’m watching you in the State of Pennsylvania, it’s Sunday morning 3:00 AM . I said my prayers about 10:00 PM Saturday night l, got a notification saying you was making Cornmeal porridge, every time I thought I was finish watching you, here comes ANOTHER video with you preparing something else I had to see, I think I’m on video number 5 , your cooking the pot Roast. Sister Pauline the neck time you purchase a big piece of Beef that does not have the all fat on the bottom you can ask the Butcher to give you a piece of fat he trimmed of the beef before they put the meats out. They usually trim beef and clean it off then weigh the beef a price it. The THROW THE TRIMMINGS AWAY! I think I’m going to eat an early breakfast your cooking made me hungry! I’m a Senior now and live and work in New York I’m now living in Pennsylvania, the Butcher at my Supermarket always give me the trimmings if my Beef is to lean! Stay prayed up.

@@jachineyboyhow can I possibly purchase some of mom's peppers? May I suggest she thinks about drying the seeds and selling them, I would be happy to purchase... I just came across her channel 2 days ago and find her dishes and style of cooking, so very similar to my dear mom's, who is no longer on this earth, so this is so comforting to watch; many, many blessings to your mom and the entire family, especially the twins, as a mother of 2 sons.
