इस वीडियो में उज्जायी प्राणायाम कैसे करते हैं और उससे जुड़े लाभ सावधानियों के बारे में बताया गया है।
उज्जायी प्राणायाम के दूसरे नाम कुछ इस प्रकार हैं :
विक्टोरियस ब्रेथ
ओशियन ब्रेथ
साइकिक ब्रेथ
उज्जायी प्राणायाम बहोत ही ख़ास प्राणायाम है जिसके अनगिनत फायदे हैं, पर इसको सही तरीके से करना सबसे ज्यादा जरुरी है। कैसे करना है , कितनी देर करना है और क्यों करना है वो सब इस वीडियो में कवर किया गया है।
उज्जायी प्राणायाम आपको अच्छे से समझ में आये इसलिए मैंने इसको स्टेप्स में तीन लेवल्स में समझाया है।
उज्जायी प्राणायाम एक ऐसा प्राणायाम है जो लेट की भी किया जाता है।
उज्जायी प्राणायाम में सबसे जरुरी होता है गले का इस्तेमाल जिससे इस प्राणायाम की पहचान होती है। इस प्राणायाम में जालंधर बंद लगाया जाता है जिससे इस प्राणायाम की गुडवत्ता और ज्यादा बढ़ जाती है।
उज्जायी प्राणायाम के कई फायदे है , कुछ इस प्रकार हैं :
1. तंत्रिका तंत्र की शक्ति बढ़ाता है
2. मन को शांति प्रदान करता है
3. आध्यात्मिक रुप से मजबूत बनाता है
4. अनिद्रा से छुटकारा
5. खर्राटों से छुटकारा
6. थाइरोइड की शिकायत से निजात
7. ध्यान लगाने की क्षमता बढ़ाता है
8. टॉन्सिल्स का फूलना
9. माइग्रेन के दर्द में आराम
10. गले की आवाज़ को सुरीला बनाता
11. साइनस की समस्या से राहत
12. पुराणी सर्दी ,खांसी ,नज़ला से राहत
13. अस्थमा और दूसरी सांस की शिकायतों से राहत
14. ब्रोंकाइटिस से आराम
15. डिप्रेशन और बेचैनी से आराम
16. स्लीप एपनिया से राहत
इस प्राणायाम को किसी भी समय 10 - 15 मिनट किया जा सकता है।

Do surya namaskar 10 round and 3-4 asanas. finish session with any 3 pranayama . :)

Hari om , Neelam can you pls Make a video on neck and shoulder pain? I have cervical pain in my neck n shoulders, most of the time I feel pull, stiffness and pain in my neck due to which I can't focus on doing anything. How can I relieve neck pls advice. Is nauka asan good for lower pain?

Thanks so much for explaining so clearly however I Have been trying this since a week to me it’s very difficult. When I press my neck lightly it hurts and I can’t feel any friction also when I exhale it seems like normal only. Any advice on this will be helpful. Thanks

नमस्ते विनीता जी, प्राणायाम आपके दिमाग के लिए बहोत अच्छा है लेकिन शरीर का व्यायाम करना भी उतना ही जरुरी है। 5-6 सूर्य नमस्कार , 10-15 minute प्राणायाम और मैडिटेशन आपके लिए काफी है 30 मिनट निकालके आपको योग जरूर करना चाइये

First of all talk to a doctor and find out why the shoulder is paining. For hairfall, do kapalbhati. It can be because of hormone imbalance.
