सरकाई योग गुरु तो उज्जाई प्राणायाम में रेचक दोनों नाक से ही साथ में करवाते स्वामी सत्यानंद और बीके यस यंगर की किताब में भी यही विधि बताई गई है कि दोनों नाक से रेचक करें।
