It didn't feel like 9 mins, I felt like it was only 2-3 mins. I was bawling toward the ending, I had no idea why.. I just needed a good cry. Thank you so much for this helpful meditation 🙏

Wow, I’ve been having a lot of anxiety lately and I wasn’t sure why. My dad always recommended meditation to me for helping with anxiety (it runs in my family) and I never thought it would work until now when I really needed it. This video made me feel so much better, thank you for taking the time out of your day to make others feel better!

Absolutely. I'm a firm believer in 3 minutes, 3 times/day. Plus eating clean (with a little wiggle room for some fun!)

with my eyes closed i laughed at the part when you said you don't want it to be so loud it's straining your vocal cords. Just imagining someone doing it that soo loud viciously lol HAHA ..but i had really bad anxiety before watching this video and it helped me feel so calm and peaceful. my anxiety is cured for the moment and i will be coming back to this video.. This really works! Lately been having anxiety for no reason at all (It happens every winter, I think I might have SAD...). I did this in the morning and had no trouble the rest of the day. I then did one day without it and it went remarkably worse. Thank you so much for helping me get through such a horrible thought pattern!

I'm always amazed how source/universe knows just what we need, when we need it. I found this video while looking for a mediation for anxiety. I rarely feel anxious or worry about things, but today I woke up feeling like the ground was about to fall out from beneath me. I have been dealing with financial questions ( who isn't) and wondering about a new direction to take about my health. While enjoying the peaceful feeling during this meditation, it was what was said at the end "eat clean, move everyday, and you will shine brighter". Simple words that spoke to my spirit, meaning so much more. Thank you so much.

Ive been so stressed with the stuff that just happened and what that means for me next step wise and big picture life.. I felt like i was just so overwhelmed i was going to pass out and i kept feelin it during this even but by the end i feel a lot better i didnt release all the tension as id imagine any normal person in my situation wouldnt be able to with a 9 min meditation but its def helped a ton subscribed for the journey at hand. Already feel more mind ful during it i said "i believe in my devine purpose I believe in myself I know I will for sale what I have come to this life to do"

I am going through the worst breakup of my life. This mantra; "I release and let go" is one I hope that will really make an impact. I'm unsure of how I feel after this meditation, but have appreciation towards this saying.

This really has helped me release alot of stress and anxiety that has been built up in me that I had no idea about until I went to the doctor and had a physical. My blood pressure was high and it has never been. I am praying this helps because I'm so healthy and fit but I never knew stress/anxiety can effect so much until now. So I've started praying more and meditating more to release this so I dont have to get on any medication. I declare I wont be on any. This is an attack of the enemy and I bind this in the name of Jesus🙏 Thanks so much for this video

This seems random but I have been returning to this video countless time since I found this video accidentally 2 years ago. And this video had been saving me from a panic attack and so many anxious thoughts and manic times in my life. Each time I finish watching this and practising breathing I always feel so calm like the boat taking away my problems and make me calm as the water. It works almost every time I am forever grateful for the existence of this video and your guide. Thank you so much for making this video you saved my life many times lmao. It worked, I finally can do this meditation without closing my eyes and see dark birds and clouds as vision. It was the boat and the voice amazing!

I have BPD with bad anxiety attacks pretty often, and this helps tremendously. I use it almost every day. I go to DBT group therapy, and I think I'll use this for our next mindfulness exercise. Thank you!

another relaxing way i use before i sleep is i inhale 10-30 seconds and exhale 10-30 seconds. so 3 breaths or less per min. less sound as possible. your breath will get more and more subtle to the point where its completely silent. my teacher says if you can hear your breath you are pushing too hard. I like to feel the energy at my center and feel it rise and fall

Yes, that's a beautiful technique! Personally I like to exhale longer than my inhalations when I really want to relax. I like to inhale for 4 counts, hold for 2-4 counts, and then exhale for 6-8 counts. There are so many amazing breathing techniques, and they're so incredibly helpful!

Thank you very much for helping me to release and let go!, Sometimes my life with 5 kids and health issues gets so crazy but just 10 mins a day is for me to release and let go ! god bless !

I totally understand, although I only have one child (you *really need* this meditation as a parent of 5)!!! I think that everyone could benefit from just 10 minutes per day. The world would be a happier place!

Wow that was a really good meditation. I enjoyed learning Ujjayi Breathing. I have for a long time wanted to learn the ocean breath. Now I know how to do Ujjayi Breath. I listened to this meditation, before seeing the video. I shared this meditation on one of my playlists. Thanks.
