Next up is Nadiya’s husband’s absolute favourite, a modern take on the retro jam roly poly, served with lashings of steaming custard and best eaten curled up on the sofa - comfort food that is guaranteed to lift your spirits. Nadiya also gives us a taste of the Middle East with her take on delicious Lebanese bite-sized treats - perfect parcels of filo pastry, stuffed with a glorious thickened cream and laced with orange blossom and saffron syrup. Fabulous! I cannot forget the very first taste of Eclair when I visited French-Alps. It was as the name itself suggested like a 'lightning'! Melting in one's mouth~ Sweet and soft ... most importantly HEAVENly!

I get that everyone is saying this guy is very fashionable, very handsome nice tattoos but the whole time he was talking wasn't making proper eye contact with Nadiya, he kept looking away and didn't smile he emotionally folded inwards. This sort of guest should not be repeated again, Nadya feels very passionate about baking and his chemistry was off to say the least!
