Underestimate the exercise until try it out. It’s so hard and really targets the shoulder. Never doubt Artem’s exercise anymore!!!

Thanks Artem, another great video again. I watched a documentary, one about the actor Yul Brynner. Apparently he also did a lot of callisthenics training. Allegedly when yul brynner was in his prime(physical best), he could do 5 or 6 one handed hand-stand push ups. I think it was push up into a handstand, hold it, go into one handed handstand and then do a few push ups on the one hand/arm, while maintaining balance. Is that even possible? Do you know of any calisthenic athletes that can do this? Are you able to perform the un-assisted one arm handstand push up balance? If so could you please post a video of this extraordinary feat. Love your channel man and all the help and advice you've given is second to none!
@DavidJKM6 жыл бұрын
If you find a video of someone doing a one-handed handstand pushup, I'd love to see it. Simon Ata ("Simonster") does some of the most amazing hand-balancing/ strength moves I've seen - no disrespect to Artem, who is also fantastic! - but even he doesn't seem to have a one-handed HSPU. (See e.g. his video Simonster Strength 2.0)

The nearest thing of that is One Arm Planche push ups (bad form) I have seen Larosa do this. But not perfect OAH form basically, just a lot of power.

Hello, Artem. You are making really super videos. I have a question about planche and the scapula position.Long time it was believed that the correct position is strong protraction and depression but now i see in some forums a new form which exclude overprotacting and teach more neutral spine.Can you explain the difference between the two of them? Thanks!

Matrica Brate of course you can ! Jusg put the hands near the wall and thats it ...
@dal69177 жыл бұрын
He says that on something hard "you can easily get friction between your feet and the hard surface/wall. On the soft thing you have to press your shoulder back and get extra burn, extra load on your shoulders, extra work on it, which is so important for the planche"
@janikgramer64867 жыл бұрын
Dalil Sk Ok thanks !!! Now I know why did not understood it ... I do not know what friction is
