Both types of vídeos are great. Long ones to detailed moves, you talk about all the important things in the moves. And the short ones are great too. Because you talk about specific things.

Of course, these viedeos are always welcome. Those little tricks add up and make exercises easier.

I think it would be good if you covered how to fix a piked planche, and how to make your whole body straight. And go through what most likely is the weak link in the chain. I see alot of athletes with piked planches and I’m struggling with it aswell, so it would be awesome if you did a video about that!

I wish I would have seen this earlier. I have been avoiding wrist stress by pointing my fingers back, but my left brachioradialis has been fighting a strain for a month. Now I know to work on wrist strength and flexibility to take pressure off my shoulders and elbow. Thanks for the tips.

Short is good too. Your videos in general are informative; so longer ones are good too.

I have a bad left wrist so I’m inclined to try the 3rd position, but don’t want to hurt my bicep or shoulders so I’m kind of torn between 2nd and 3rd positions.

After getting my arms perfectly straight with my fingers and wrist facing completely straight I learnt that my arms and wrist feel more comfortable in the 45° angle. But if I have parralettes how would I do the 45° for it??? Do you have a video for this too?
