I just got back from my grateful gratitude walk at park with my dog. I needed it. I've been very depressed lately. Even canceled my psy appt. Finding out and facing reality really hurts. Having hopes and dreams knock right out of my hand and being told some people never get their dreams met, threw me for a loop.

My husband died quickly and unexpectedly also, was driving on Monday and dead Wednesday morning - been, as you know, a tough adjustment to being in the house alone. I miss him terribly and always will, friends and family are wonderful and I am thankful. So many of us in this position, as one of my quilting friends said “you have joined a club, that none of us want to belong to” we had 58 years I am thankful .❤️
