The Kanji says "Kurenai no Buta" which means Crimson Pig, which in Italian of course means Porco Rosso!

No, but it is rare. Seiko has released a few dive watches with the spring drive.

They have a few Prospex watches that have it, and maybe a few more Presage models too. But the only Prospex models I've seen with Spring Drive are the LX line, but I think someone else once mentioned there are a select few others too.
