Yup, got my Mega Boom, strapped it to a 2015 Polaris Ranger, went booney (boony?) bashing in the pouring rain, smashed with large branches...did and is still working just like the day it arrived. My friends were amazed. Hands down best bluetooth speaker on the market.

Legit stuff. I started working for AT&T in 2015, which is when I was introduced to UE speakers. I was blown away, it shit on everything we had in the store. Of course, we sold or at least got requested the Beats Pill, but I literally talked everyone out of the junk pill and into one of these speakers. So durable, loud and 2 year man. warranty is amazing.

JBL has better Bass and louder, it's also cheaper. it has 10,000mah battery. it's using a high voltage charger so you can use it on max volume while charging. UE boom says the speaker last for 20hours, but it only has 6100mah battery capacity

For the record I’m a huge fan of those speakers personally I got r of the mega blooms 2 of the blooms ! and so everybody know the price of the mega boom now dropped to 250. I wish you would’ve put more emphasis on the fact that you can connect up to 150 speakers to the same phone and use it to create an amazing surroundsound or just crank up the volume? As a general advice if you do have multiple of those, My recommendation is to hang them at the corners of the room facing the center and high up One face height or higher so the sound flood the room . by hanging them up high you take it vantage of vantage of the open space and the surroundsound they individually offers

Aggro graphics hahahaha I have the jbl beats pill and the ue boom and mega boom and the ue boom and mega boom sound way cleaner and the low end is amazing yes the jbl and beats do sound good but the ue's sound better

I wanted to get a great Bass quality speaker, I usually use Triboss - Aqua Drop ( Part 2 ) to check the bass distortion. I wanted to have it working closely to a 2.1 system though

JBL extreme is crap... had it for a while but sold it... If you got some extra bucks go for the JBL Boombox... Madness sound and battery

Purchased one yesterday after deciding it was time to upgrade from my jambox: The original like the day it launched jambox lol. Took this UE megaboom home, charged it, connected, and good lord. For about a good 20 mins I was standing in my living room maxing it out with some test tracks: "Maggot Brain" by Funkadelics, "Lightyears Away" by Oliver, "Skyscrapers" by Elephant. Looked at the UE, looked at my sonos sound bar, back at my UE and then back at my Sonos. 2 different worlds of sound I know buuuuut I stood there with an eyebrow raised for a bit. All the "oh god i splurged on something i really didn't need" vibe disintegrated. I would most seriously recommend it. BUY BUY BUY.
