If this video felt “uncomfortable” to you, you’re probably new. If you’re not, I talked less than I normally do because I’m tired of people dissecting every sentence I make. I’m just trying to process all the new traction and comments to the channel and still remind myself we are making a difference. When Sebastian was born, life seemed like it would be unbearably painful. But it’s the opposite. And I want other families to know there is beauty and future within a scary diagnosis. That’s why we have this channel. I’m having a hard time processing all the hate so for the regulars, bare with me. Love you YT FAM.

Stephanie, I cannot tell you enough how wonderful it is to see you and Gio, doing things with your son. I had a nephew who passed away 4 years ago at the age of 32. He had the same condition as Sebastian, except he had a trachea. He had pure blond hair, blue eyes, and very tall! He looked like Sebastian but with blond hair. Jordon did learn how to walk, but with the parents he had they didn't do anything with him!! They had nurses pretty much raise him! Day and night! They were wealthy people but, did not do ANYTHING with Jordon!! I absolutely love that you and Gio play with Sebastian , talk to him, and are not afraid to bring him out into the world. Thank you for being wonderful parents!!

Stephanie, Gio, Sebastian, and Zeusy-this is such an uplifting video! I feel positively joyous seeing you all outside on a gorgeous, sunshiny, fall day. I could almost feel the cool, crisp air; it reminded me that I need to light one of my apple candles-I love that clean but yummy scent throughout the house in autumn! Every time I see Sebastian in one of his cute footie outfits, it reminds me of cuddling my own son when he was young (he is forty-one now)! God certainly did the right thing in sending Sebastian to both of you; you are so loving and fiercely protective of him. Sometimes it’s so soothing to watch your vlogs. I enjoy seeing you cook for your family, and how you concoct those special dishes for your son that have made him so strong and healthy. I feel serene when I see your neat and clean house, including the famous carpet lines! Thank you for sharing glimpses of your life, and thank you for patiently explaining in so many of your videos what it takes to meet your son’s needs. One of the few perks of social media is getting to “know” and learn about families like yours and others who can help educate us on matters we’d be oblivious to otherwise. I now feel more prepared when we come across a family with a disabled or handicapped child and my own kids are with me. Like I have a new way of explaining differences of others to my kids.
