The Muscle-Up is the calisthenics skill, that every bodyweight fitness enthusiast or athlete wants to get. This calisthenics, bodyweight fitness, muscle-up video has been created and designed for anyone struggle to get their first muscle up, or looking to improve their form. I am not a qualified PT, but just a relentlessly hardworking fitness enthusiast aged 59 years, who is getting stronger with age. Visualisation played a key part learning to get he muscle up, and it continues today, to help me improve my form, even on my rest days.
When I was aged 55, and got my first Muscle-Up, that video has 494k views on KZbin. A second video (Tutorial) I uploaded aged 58, has over 1.2 million views. So I thought I should make another about how visualisation has helped me achieve goals.
