Your instruction and sequence helped me gauge my armpit opening and shoulder mobility after lymph node removal from armpit. 🙏🏽

This is AMAZING !! I have a long story of tight and painful shoulders and neck, especially on the right side. The current episode began in January and I have very stiff neck + biceps and deltoid tendinitis + pec pain. But since I began practising this sequence, it’s been a great relief. First I did it 4 days in a row, then every 2 or 3 days, sometimes watching your video, sometimes on my own. I couldn’t say that it’s comfortable doing it (it's more strainful than painful) but the day after, I always feel better. (Your dog is gorgeous, BTW) Thank you so much 🙏🌻

This makes me so happy! I love that you've found the sequence helpful and I love that you can practice it with guidance from the video but also without. That is excellent. I also know what you mean about the work not being 'comfortable'. The shoulder work is TOUGH, but now that you are seeing results, I bet you'll start to enjoy that discomfort, haha. Banjo says: keep up the great work 🐶💜🙏

Thanks for sharing your experience @Ngiao06! I struggle with similar things - tight upper back and neck, between my shoulder blades, and my neck is super bothersome sometimes from the tightness... your experience inspires me to commit to this! (I'm having a hard time committing myself to a home practice because I have tried so many things over the years and have become weary when I don't feel the relief immediately!! 😕) @StephanieTencer you suggested committing for 30 days - I would love to, but know it's too long of a goal right now. I will commit to 7 days and report back! Btw thanks for posting this sequence online - my Iyengar teacher in Ottawa had shown us a very similar practice and it felt great! I am happy to find a thorough video of it!

As recommended, I tried it at the kitchen counter and it was great. If I am doing it standing, what should I think about in my feet and legs? This feels SOOOO good.

Excellent 👌. The legs are working as if they are standing in Tadasana. To start, lift your kneecaps, lift your thighs, and straighten your legs. If you'd like to add even more refinement to the leg actions, check out this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fpDbeHmIjr2dZ7M. It includes a thorough breakdown of Tadasana.
