Excited for the big five focused routines!! I’ve been getting incredible results over the last few years focusing on this approach! It’s been huge for logical regressions and progressions! :)

Wowwww I have to thank you sosososososo much!! Never found a better routine to unlock my tight psoas. My right psoas is so contracted that my pelvis won't shift to the left while walking and after doing this (I did all the routine for one leg only) I can feel my pelvis switching to both sides!! Thank you so much!!! I felt so lost with my problem because where I live there is no one who can help with my posture problems. Thank you!💚💚💚💚

I finished the hamstring flexibility routine video in just two weeks, and I actually thought that this would be just as easy. My legs gave out on me after barely finishing the first set, so I am going to take it slowly with this one lol. Great video!

Let’s be honest no one is doing that extra 5 seconds on the long lunge because Tom stuffed the count, just add that 5 seconds into the first set a no push through

Hey Tom, my rear leg tends to bend at the knee, with my foot wanting to rest on its inside (along the big toe). This odd position feels like a recipe for an injury. Apart from consciously trying to avoid this knee bend and foot resting on its inside, any suggestions what I can do to help myself?

Would it be a bad idea to work on front split flexibility in the same workout that i work on pike flexibility simce you have quad strengthening in one and quad lengthening in the other? (Same for hamstrings.) Seems like those might be at cross purposes. Or no?

Always such a pleasure to see you post. Oh how I wish I could get a private *stretching* session with you, I think i'd become fit in a matter of weeks if I could train with you every night. Also, do you have tighter shorts ? I feel like we can get those to be even tighter than they already are, we should go shopping ;)

That strengthening exercise feels quite awkward and uncomfortable for my back knee even with padding underneath... Any tips/pointers for that?

Try elevating the knee so more of the quad than the knee cap is in contract. Yoga block works well
