My top 8 books (I've been reading (more like listening to on audiobook, (in this order))) •80/20 principle. •4Hour Work Week. •Millionaire Fastlane. •E- MYTH. •Unscripted. Zero to One. •Blue Ocean. •10X Principle. My goal is to hear theses 8 extraordinary books over and over again this entire year so that it could be drilled in my head, and then start making moves. I invite anyone to do the same. And KZbin videos like these really help. It takes a lot of work and self education to get out of the matrix. And patients.
@heladar2 жыл бұрын
Best advice I have gotten in my life: read only 1 book, start applying the principles or learnings in real life and only after you have done that read the next one. There is no use in reading 8 books over and over and postponing the action 1 year. You don't learn from books, you learn from experience and the mistakes you make on the journey itself. Good luck :)

Lol @ the part where you say "there are already too many gym channels" well guess what, there are already too many nimated book summaries channels aswell....and anyway, this book doesn't actually give too much useful advice, it just shows you that it takes more than a webinar and a pile of self help books to be successful...steve Jobs did what hw loved but he had also great business skills...elon musk does what he loves, so its not a myth as long as it has appeal...and the market thing? I doubt humanity ever needed a ipad before it was invented, marketing is what gives you needs...so in the end, knowing how to sell things is the only thing that really matters

Stock market investment works. People just need to live below their means and invest in assets that appreciate and not things that depreciate. It's not about buying that cup of coffee. It's about NOT buying that brand new car. It's definitely a myth if you can wrap your head around that.

I'll pass on that book, just from your video it appears that Demarco isn't a realist, but rather, a blackpilled author. I'll pass on the grief porn and keep on succeeding in my business regardless.
@rex-atom3 жыл бұрын
Lol "Grief porn", i agree there is a very negative tone throughout the book. I'm not sure if it preys on negativity, or using that negativity to spark action which might be positive.... Whether that's the intent of the book or not, is like asking Martin Scorsese why that guy in the end asked DiCaprio "Tell me why I didn't rat you out." I guess if it helps it helps, if it doesn't it doesn't. Quite frankly I didn't enjoy all the cursing and "cry me a river" tonality either, but in some way it worked, because it's also a negotiating tactic to play devil's advocate, and saying "No" to all that negativity would mean saying "Yes" to positivity...... No?
