It wouldn't be hard for anyone to spend time out in public watching carefully for someone to throw down a half smoked cig then pick it up and nub it out, light it again when required and plant it right there at the scene, thus blaming someone else. I'm not saying that's actually the case here, it's just a thought. If you think about it though, you could fucking frame anybody by doing something like that, and because their DNA is at the scene nobody would ever beleive that they didn't do it. I'm not going to read through the comments to see if someone else has mentioned this, but has anyone watched the *Cold Justice* episode on this? I strongly recommend it. I can't believe, especially after Cold Justice (CJ), that it's _still_ not getting justice. Cigarette was indeed from Engel while delivering pizza. Oddly enough, CJ investigator Kelly Zeigler (sp) noticed that Engel's mom's last name (like Hauck or something) was same as someone who sold them their apartment or house or something. BUT after they followed through with that (called the [Hauck] from paperwork), they found it was just a coincidence. AND CJ *eliminated him.* And they don't eliminate until they're 100%. So, Engel the Pizza Delivery Dude IS telling the truth. He had nothing to do with it. _How is none of this information in this story?! Cold Justice is one of the most credible 'reality crime' shows out there._ They even got to talk to Greenblatt when they found him at an out of town fishing tournament. I love you Crime Watch Daily but the lack of this information in your story is troublesome. You can find the CJ episode on Netflix.

Vincent Cuttolo well the dude was a pizza delivery guy; not that hard to figure out how he got the cigarette. We also don’t know joe old the cigarette is only that it was freshly lit which means someone lit it before hand.
@clementine81865 жыл бұрын
Vincent Cuttolo no the dude who's DNA is on the cigarette is someone who delivers pizza to the apartment place all the time; which is how the husband got the cigarette because he could easily learn the patterns on the delivery man to take his left of cigarette especially if he was in a rush and couldn't finish the full cigarette. Husband takes the cigarette, stashes it for when it's time to use it and than re-lights it to make it look fresh.
