Upcycled Clothes (from Target?!)

I love a good upcycle project, and I'm always on the hunt for inexpensive items that I change "up" into something more special. Turns out, I found my next project while running an errand at... Target! :) On my way to the necessary items like toilet paper and groceries, I stopped by the women's clothing section. When I found a white cotton shirt dress on the racks, I knew a little crafty magic could turn that dress into something fun and unique! What should we do? Well, tie dye it, of course! :) After a loooong decision crisis in the craft store tie dye aisle, I finally had all I needed for the transformation! The dress looks fine. It's Tie Dye there are no rules. You can Tie Die a hundred items and they would all look different.x
