I'm gonna to do this for like a month. I'll update every now and then! I'll add my measurements later. Day 1-2: I did one rep, I usually do 15 minutes of cardio in the gym, so unless I mention my steps, I did my cardio. Day 3: I didn't have the time, but i was able to do 11k steps. Day 4: ❌️ But I walked 6k steps. i usually walk under 2k steps. Plus, it was my off day from the gym Day 5: ✅️, plus hip adduction & abductions 20 rep at 4kg. Day 6: ✅️ Day 7: ✅️ No cardio, just 3k steps Weekly Summary: So far, I'm loving this workout. Especially the added stretch part Day 8 : ✅️ cardio + 3k steps Day 9: taking a break Day 10: ✅️ + cardio
This looks good! I will try it. I usually avoid workouts longer than 10 minutes because it gets too hard for me, but with the stretch included, i think i can do it! I'll give my thoughts after i try it later!❤
Hi Hina, I really love your workouts they have help me a lot to slim my waist, but my legs are thick and even with workouts it's very difficult to me to slim them. Do you have any recomendations? ❤❤

If you have enough muscle, I recommend to try more stretching and using formroller is helpful as well!
